Portage Health offers healthcare at our main campus in Hancock or at our clinics in Houghton, Lake Linden, Ontonagon and Calumet.

The best way to make an appointment is to contact the office of the physician or service.

If you do not have your doctor’s phone number, use the Find a Provider search to find his or her contact information.
