Indoor Cycling

Tuesday and Thursday             
5:456:45 a.m. and 5:15–6 p.m.

This class is an amazing cardio challenge made up of varying speeds and resistance levels, hill climbs, flat runs and more. Music will keep you on the proper pace while keeping you thoroughly motivated. Let the instructor guide you through a ride that you can tailor to fit your own personal fitness level and goals. This class is great for beginner to advanced participants because participants set their own resistance levels.

TRX Blast

Tuesday and Thursday  6:15–7 p.m.

This class combines TRX Suspension exercises with various resistance equipment  into a functional and powerful circuit training class. This circuit format is perfect for those on the fast track to reaching their fitness goals, and busting through a workout plateau.

Core Crunch

Monday and Wednesday  10:00–10:45 a.m.

An excellent full body, functional fitness workout focused on strengthening the abdominals and toning the core.

HIIT

Wednesday  6–6:45 a.m.

High Intensity Interval Training. Vigorous exercise mixed with low-to-moderate recovery time for an effective way to push your fitness to the next level.

HIGH Fitness

Monday 8-8:45 p.m.

Saturday 8-8:45 a.m.

HIGH Fitness is a hardcore, fun and easy to follow fitness class. It's best described as aerobic interval training with intense cardio peaks and toning tracks set to music you know and love. HIGH Fitness produces high caloric burn and full-body toning with its carefully formulated routines. It's a great workout for all ages, stages and fitness levels. Both men and women participate and love HIGH Fitness. Come have some BODY SCULPTING FUN and get addicted to fitness!

FUNctional Fitness

Monday, Wednesday and Friday  8:15–9 a.m.

Enjoy fitness and friends for this fun, socially interactive class designed to maintain and improve a daily active lifestyle. Designed for all activity levels. Beginners are encouraged to attend.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Thursday 7:15-8:45 p.m.

Come experience the "Gentle Art" for fun, fitness and self-defense.  Learn proven techniques that will allow you to defend yourself against a larger, stronger opponent.  Practice these through drilling and sparring with friends for a great total body workout.  1 hour technique/drills followed by 30 minutes of optional live rolling. Everyone welcome, bring a friend or we will pair you up with a partner!

Core Cycle

Tuesday and Thursday  7–7:45 a.m.

Same great cardio workout as indoor cycling followed by a challenging 15 minute core session.

Total Body Blast

Wednesday  4:20–5:20 p.m.

Total Body Blast will give you a quick 30 minute total body workout using weights, balance balls, resistance bands, and body weight to enhance muscle strength. Minimal high intensity plyometric exercises will be mixed in to build endurance and blast away those calories!

Core Mix

Friday  10–10:45 a.m.

This class uses a variety of equipment and exercises, including Pilates, to strengthen and tone the abdominals and core.

Yoga

Tuesday and Thursday  8–8:45 a.m.

Challenge your body and improve overall fitness. This yoga class blends power and balance to increase strength and flexibility.

Step & Sculpt

Monday  5:20–6:05 p.m.

Step & Sculpt is a calorie-burning aerobic step workout with strength training intervals that will increase your cardiovascular fitness and coordination all while sculpting your body head to toe.

Cycle Flex

Monday and Friday   5:456:45 a.m.                              

Class begins with a power ride. After cycling you climb off the bike and head to the floor for intervals using body weight, TRX, Bosu and Kettlebells. Class fun will vary!

Stretch Release

Friday 9:05–9:55 a.m.

This gives your muscles the ability to lengthen and restore while performed in seated or standing positions designed to increase flexibility and range of motion.

Ripped

Wednesday 5:30–6:15 p.m.

Get RIPPED with a strength class that will challenge your body in new and exciting ways! Gain strength, tone up, and burn calories by flipping tires, battling rope, pumping iron and using various equipment to maximize your results. Many classes will be held outside.
