Indoor Cycling

This class is an amazing cardio challenge made up of varying speeds and resistance levels, hill climbs, flat runs and more. Music will keep you on the proper pace while keeping you thoroughly motivated. Let the instructor guide you through a ride that you can tailor to fit your own personal fitness level and goals. This class is great for beginner to advanced participants because participants set their own resistance levels. 

TRX Blast

Thursday  4:15 – 5 p.m.

This class combines TRX Suspension exercises with various resistance equipment into a functional and powerful circuit training class. This circuit format is perfect for those on the fast track to reaching their fitness goals, and busting through a workout plateau.

HIIT

Wednesday  6 – 6:45 a.m.

High-Intensity Interval Training. Vigorous exercise mixed with low-to-moderate recovery time for an effective way to push your fitness to the next level.

FUNctional Fitness

Monday, Wednesday and Friday  8:15 – 9 a.m.

Enjoy fitness and friends for this fun, this socially interactive class is designed to maintain and improve a daily active lifestyle. Designed for all activity levels. Beginners are encouraged to attend.

Total Body Blast

Wednesday  4:20 – 5:20 p.m.

Total Body Blast will give you a total body workout using weights, balance balls, resistance bands, and body weight to enhance muscle strength. Minimal high-intensity plyometric exercises will be mixed in to build endurance and blast away those calories! 

Core Mix

Monday, Wednesday and Friday  10 – 10:45 a.m.

An excellent full body, functional fitness workout focused on strengthening the abdominals and toning the core.

Yoga

Tuesday and Thursday  8 – 8:45 a.m.

Challenge your body and improve overall fitness. This yoga class blends power and balance to increase strength and flexibility.

HIGH Fitness

Tuesday 7-7:45 p.m. (Beginning July 10th)​    
Saturday – 6/9, 6/23, 7/14, 7/28, 8/11, 8/25   8-8:45 a.m.

HIGH Fitness is a hardcore, fun and easy to follow fitness class. It’s best described as aerobic interval training with intense cardio peaks and toning tracks set to music you know and love. HIGH Fitness produces high caloric burn and full-body toning with its carefully formulated routines. It’s a great workout for all ages, stages and fitness levels. Both men and women participate and love HIGH Fitness. Come have some BODY SCULPTING FUN and get addicted to fitness! 

Cycle Flex

Monday and Friday  5:45 – 6:45 a.m.                                           

Class begins with a power ride. After cycling you climb off the bike and head to the floor for intervals using body weight, TRX, Bosu, and Kettlebells. Class fun will vary!

Stretch Release

Wednesday 9:05 – 9:55 a.m.

This gives your muscles the ability to lengthen and restore while performed in seated or standing positions designed to increase flexibility and range of motion. 

Adventure Bootcamp

Friday 6:30-7:15 a.m. and Wednesday 5:30-6:15 p.m.

Take your fitness outdoors with Adventure Bootcamp, focusing on all components of fitness. Gain strength, tone up and burn calories by flipping tires, battling rope and using various equipment to maximize your results. This class will be held at Chutes & Ladders occasionally, check the MemberMe+ app or online portal for weekly location.

Run Mix

Tuesday (Quincy Green) 6 - 6:45 a.m. 
Thursday (Chutes & Ladders) 6 - 6:45 a.m.

Take your fitness outdoors with Run Mix, which works on building your endurance and strength through a variety of workouts.

Ultimate Conditioning

Monday 5:20-6:05 p.m.

Mix it up weekly with Ultimate Conditioning. Classes will focus on plyometrics, strength and core stability using a variety of equipment. We hope you’ll join us for a fun, upbeat class!
